in our company is just what you're looking for. Because we regard our trainees as learners who actively contribute a sense of initiative and responsibility to work as equal partners in our teams. The practical training is supplemented by an academic course of studies carried out at the BADEN-WUERTTEMBERG COOPERATIVE STATE UNIVERSITY (DHBW).


Schedule:

• Start on 1 October of each year
• Duration: 6 semesters
• The training takes the form of 3-month theory phases in Ravensburg and 3-month practical phases
   in different parts of our company.
• The lectures at the vocational college (Berufsakademie) are held in groups of roughly 30 students,
   permitting direct contact with the professors and lecturers.
• During the practical phases you will gain an overview of the work of the exhibitions trade by being
   deployed in different fair teams, in marketing, press work, finance or business development.


 

You offer:
• Good general education and good school-leaving qualifications (Abitur with good grades
   in German and mathematics)
• Good English skills, other foreign languages an advantage
• Proficient PC skills (MS Office)
• Work experience in the form of placement or holiday jobs
• Good ability to pick up new skills and work hard, team skills and enjoyment of dealing with people
