We are keen to offer interested students or graduates (m/f) of relevant further training courses the possibility to take a

Placement in trade fair organisation

at our Düsseldorf offices, giving them an insight into this exciting and internationally-oriented sector.

 

During the placement you will work as an equal member of one of our exhibition teams, carrying out responsible tasks within the daily routines and/or taking on small projects of your own.


Duties
• Actively working at the organisational level and - where possible - at one of the fairs
• Supervision of exhibitors and visitors
• Work on mail-outs and other marketing measures
• Coordination of service-providers and collaboration with our internal service departments
• Research and administrative tasks



You offer:
• Proficient PC skills, possibly also basic database experience
• Good English skills, other foreign languages an advantage
• Work experience in the form of placement or holiday jobs
• Good communicative skills when telephoning and dealing in person with our customers
   and business partners
• Organisational and team skills, flexibility and commitment
